Plans/Design includes a visit by an OT to obtain dimensions and photos the of proposed project. Several professions will be consulted to determine the best solution. A follow-up visit to review modifications and product recommendations will include existing/modified floor plans, elevations (as needed), 3D modeling, specific adaptive equipment recommendations, and accessibility guidelines. At that time, we will complete a design questionnaire and assess the existing aesthetics of the home to achieve a seamless blend of design elements. Research and discovery of materials required for the project will include tile, fixtures, lighting, finishes, and color. We will integrate adaptive equipment into the design without compromising the aesthetics. We select materials by using a cost-benefit analysis model. We will return to your home for a final presentation of our design options.
